Keeping all of your calendars updated with your appointments, wherever they are added, is simple with our hosted Calendar solution.

Laptop to online syncUsing Outlook on your computer

We will have installed a plugin for Outlook called "Funambol." This automatically synchronises with your online calendar every 30 minutes.

If you want to force the synchronisation to ensure any appointments added to Outlook or you online calendar are shared, follow the instructions below:
  1. Run the plugin by clicking the Start button, All Programs, Funambol, Outlook Plug-In, and finally Funambol Outlook Plugin.
  2. Click "Synchronize" and wait.

    Depending on your connection, this will take between 10 seconds and a couple of minutes.
  3. When complete the message "Synchronization successfully completed." will be shown. You can then close the plugin.

Using your mobile

Using the software provided with your mobile phone, you can directly synchronise with Outlook on your computer.

Most newer phones have calendar applications that enable you to know your schedule on the move. If you have mobile calendar support as part of your package, we can help you out. We currently support Nokia mobile phones and phones with Java installed.

Nokia PC Suite

Mobile to Laptop sync

Open the Nokia PC Suite program from the Start menu. Click "Get Connected" and then "Synchronise". This will synchronise your calendar with your computer, which will sync with the online calendar when the computer is next connected to the Internet.

Using GCalSync

Mobile to online syncIf we have installed GCalSync on your mobile phone, search for "GCalSync" on your phones menu.
